Doing Yoga at Work

More and more companies understand that a healthy workforce is a more productive workforce. And so they create corporate wellness programs to make it easy for their employees to get in shape, get mental clarity and eat healthier.

I am very happy to be part of that by teaching a few corporate yoga classes. I think yoga is a great way for employees to relieve stress and improve focus, thereby encouraging a positive state of mind and increasing productivity.

I also see that practicing yoga helps boost morale while building community within the workplace. I know the people that come together in this group setting in my classes have a great time and have forged close bonds.
